Russian attacks leave entire district in Kharkiv Oblast without power

Details: It was reported that Russian forces attacked energy infrastructure facilities in Kharkiv Oblast on 10 February.
Serhii Zelenskyi, head of the Lozova hromada, said Russian troops had once again bombarded energy facilities in the area.
"The Lozova hromada is without power. Please remain calm. Critical infrastructure is switching to alternative power sources. Medical facilities continue to operate as usual," the mayor of Lozova said.
He added that invincibility centres are operating for residents, where people can charge their phones, access stable mobile communication and keep warm. [Invincibility centres are heated premises stocked with food and power banks to assist residents facing hardships due to power cuts – ed.]
