Power outages in three regions due to Russian strikes, most difficult situation in Kyiv and Odesa oblasts
As of 11 February, power outages are affecting some consumers in Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk oblasts following recent Russian strikes.
