Ukrainian-made Flamingo missiles hit Russian missile arsenal, General Staff says
Ukrainian forces struck a Russian missile, ammunition and explosives arsenal near the village of Kotluban in Volgograd Oblast on the night of 11-12 February, as part of systematic measures to reduce Russia's offensive potential. The facility belonged to Russia's Main Missile and Artillery Directorate.

Details: The Ukrainian military said the facility was one of the largest ammunition storage hubs used by Russian forces.
Ukrainian forces used domestically-produced FP-5 Flamingo long-range missiles in the attack.
Powerful explosions were recorded at the site, followed by secondary detonations. Information on the extent of the damage is being gathered.
Ukraine's General Staff also said that a facility producing high-tech equipment for aircraft and missile systems had been hit in the city of Michurinsk in Russia's Tambov Oblast. The target was the Michurinsk Progress Plant, which supports Russia's armed forces.
Early reports indicate that a fire broke out at the plant. Information on the extent of the damage is being gathered.
Ammunition storage points were hit near the settlements of Terpinnia and Rozivka in the Russian-occupied part of Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
The General Staff provided further details on the 11 February strike on the Volgograd oil refinery. Damage was reported to the primary crude distillation unit, ELOU-AVT-1, as well as to parts of AVT-3 and supporting infrastructure. Other units, including those for secondary processing, saw operations scaled back or suspended.
Russian losses and the scale of the damage are being confirmed.
