Quote: "I have heard several times publicly how the Russian side extended invitations… I think they were inviting me personally, to be honest. I responded to that…

I cannot come to talks with Putin in Moscow, the capital of the country that is the aggressor in this war. We are ready to support the proposals of the United States of America to meet on any territory: America, Europe, neutral countries, any states, except for the Russian Federation and Belarus."

Details: Speaking about Belarus, Zelenskyy reiterated that it has been an ally in Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine since 2022.
