Details: Pervyshov reported the attack on the refinery in Michurinsk at around 11:00.

Quote from Goldstein: "Today our region was attacked by Ukrainian drones. A fire has been recorded on the premises of the oil refinery in Ukhta. Emergency services are working at the scene."

Goldstein claimed that there were no casualties.
Goldstein said the drone threat remains active and warned residents not to post images or videos of the damage online.

According to Astra, residents of Ukhta reported explosions and smoke. The local airport was closed by Russia's aviation authority.

The Ukhta oil refinery, LUKOIL-Ukhtaneftepererabotka, is reported to have been targeted.
The Komi branch of Russia's Ministry of Emergency Situations confirmed that drones had attacked Ukhta and said emergency services had been dispatched to the site. Astra released photos and videos from the scene.
On the night of 11-12 February, drones also struck the Progress plant in Michurinsk, Tambov Oblast, which produces equipment for control systems used in aviation and missile technology. Locals reported multiple explosions and a fire.
The governor acknowledged the attack but made no mention of the plant, noting that a Magnit Family supermarket and the Industrial and Technological College sustained major damage due to the resulting fire.
Astra noted that the Magnit supermarket is located around 100 m from the Progress plant, while the college is roughly 150 m away.
Michurinsk Progress Plant JSC is a major industrial company specialising in high-tech mechanical engineering.
Defence Intelligence of Ukraine reported that Progress produces navigation, meteorological and geodetic instruments, as well as equipment and components for the aviation and missile industries.
As part of cooperation in the production of Kh-101 missiles, it supplies MP-95 sensors to SmAZ JSC, which may be used for testing and monitoring key missile systems (inertial, hydromechanical and electronic).
In cooperation on the production of Kh-59M2/Kh-59M2A air-to-surface missiles, it supplies GMS-01D gyro motors to APZ JSC, which are used in the manufacture of DUSVCH2-30AI angular velocity sensors.
The Progress plant had previously been attacked by drones in June 2025.
A fire also broke out near the Michurinsk-Uralsky railway station, the city's main railway station, as a result of the attack.
The mayor reported that classes in all Michurinsk schools were cancelled following the overnight drone attack.
The Russian Defence Ministry claimed that its air defence systems had intercepted and destroyed 106 Ukrainian drones overnight.
Specifically, 24 drones were reportedly shot down over Belgorod Oblast, 21 over Bryansk Oblast, 19 over Voronezh Oblast, 13 over Tambov Oblast, 9 over Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, 3 over Rostov Oblast, 2 over Lipetsk Oblast and 1 over each of Kursk, Tula, Smolensk, Volgograd oblasts and Krasnodar Krai.
In addition, five drones were supposedly destroyed over temporarily occupied Crimea, four over the Sea of Azov and one over the Black Sea.
