Russian drone attack on Odesa causes outages to power, heating and water

Significant disruptions to electricity, heating and water supply have been reported after a Russian drone attack on the Odesa district.

Details: Specialist personnel are currently inspecting the damage and assessing the condition of the networks. Restoration work has begun.

Background: Russian forces attacked Odesa and Odesa Oblast with drones on the evening of 12 February, damaging a high-rise residential building, a recreational facility and a commercial site. People were injured.
