Debris from drones falls on industrial sites in Russia's Volgograd Oblast, local governor says

Debris from drones is reported to have fallen on several industrial facilities in Russia's Volgograd Oblast on the night of 12-13 February.

Details: Bocharov said that local Russian air defence units had been responding for several hours and that, after midnight, residents reported numerous explosions across the region.

Debris from a downed drone fell on a car park near a nine-storey building in a residential area. Eyewitnesses report a large-scale fire.

Flight restrictions have been in place at Volgograd airport since the evening of 12 February due to the drone attack.
