Russia attacks port in Odesa Oblast overnight: one person killed

Russian forces used drones to strike a port in Odesa Oblast on the night of 12-13 February, killing one person.

Details: Kuleba said six people had been injured. Three of them are in a serious condition. All of them have received the necessary medical treatment.

The strike also damaged port infrastructure, fertiliser warehouses and vehicles, particularly goods wagons. A fire broke out.

Quote from Kuleba: "The Russian military has also carried out drone strikes on railway infrastructure in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast over the past 24 hours. Fortunately, there were no casualties. The damage did not affect traffic."

Background: Local authorities have reported that the city of Kherson was left without power on the morning of 13 February.
