Details: Svyrydenko reported that more than 60 repair teams are working to restore electricity supply in Kyiv, and work to return heating is ongoing.

In Odesa Oblast, power engineers are working to restore power to more than 130,000 consumers left without electricity. Critical infrastructure facilities have already been reconnected, Svyrydenko noted.

Quote: "We expect frost next week. Repair teams are doing everything possible to accelerate repairs at all energy facilities. I have instructed relevant ministries and heads of oblast military administrations to prepare all necessary resources for a rapid response to possible new attacks in conditions of severe cold."

Details: Additional invincibility centres and high-capacity generators will be deployed if necessary. [An invincibility centre is a heated premises stocked with food and power banks to assist residents facing hardships due to power cuts – ed.]
