Russian forces have carried out three attacks on Azerbaijani energy infrastructure in Ukraine and three attacks on Azerbaijan's embassy in Ukraine.

Quote: "There were three attacks on Azerbaijan's energy infrastructure in Ukraine and there were also three attacks on Azerbaijan's embassy in Ukraine. After the first attack we could assume it was accidental and we passed all the coordinates of Azerbaijan's diplomatic missions to our Russian colleagues, including the consular section, our cultural centres and everything else. Despite this, two more attacks took place. So this was a deliberate attack on Azerbaijan's diplomatic mission."

Details: Aliyev said his government had taken "all necessary diplomatic steps". He said "special" statements were issued, the ambassador was informed and a diplomatic note was submitted.

Quote: "We're acting exclusively through diplomatic channels. We cannot do anything else."

More details: Aliyev said that Russia's actions "are of course regarded as an unfriendly step towards Azerbaijan".
