Russia's Bryansk and surrounding areas left without heat and power after attacks on energy facilities

Five municipalities in Russia's Bryansk Oblast and parts of the city of Bryansk have been left without heating and electricity following attacks on energy infrastructure.

All the emergency crews are in place. Backup capacity is being connected. Work is under way to restore heating and energy supply facilities."
Details: Earlier, Bogomaz said the drone attack on the region had lasted more than 12 hours, claiming that over 170 UAVs had been downed.
Background: Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin claimed on the afternoon of Sunday 15 February that 13 drones heading towards Moscow had been shot down by Russian air defences. Bogomaz asserted that 120 UAVs had attacked the oblast.
