Trump extends some US sanctions against Russia for another year
US President Donald Trump has officially extended for another year sanctions against Russia over aggression against Ukraine.

Details: This executive order, which takes effect on 20 February, provides for extension of the number of anti-Russian sanctions introduced by executive orders of US presidents in 2014, 2018 and 2022.
First executive order on sanctions against Russia was issued in 2014. At the time, executive order No. 13660 by US President Barack Obama, which was published on 6 March 2014, provided for freezing the property of a number of individuals.
Initially, sanctions were applied to those who facilitated Russia's occupation of Crimea.
Later, the sanctions list was updated several times during the presidency of Joe Biden.
