Ukrainian Flamingo missiles hit Russian plant making Kinzhal and Oreshnik missiles – Ukraine’s General Staff

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has said its Rocket Forces and Artillery units struck the Votkinsk plant in Russia's Udmurt Republic on the night of 20-21 February, using FP-5 Flamingo cruise missiles.

Details: A fire was recorded on the site; information on the impact of the strike is currently unknown.
The Ukrainian military added that the Votkinsk plant produces RS-24 Yars intercontinental ballistic missiles, including Yars-S and Yars-M, as well as ZM-30 (R-30) Bulava ballistic missiles for Project 955A Borey-A submarines. It also makes 9M723-1 ballistic missiles for the Iskander-M operational tactical missile system and 9-S-7760 missiles for the Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles.
In addition, units from Ukraine's defence forces hit the Neftegorsk gas processing plant in Russia's Samara Oblast.
Ukrainian forces also struck a fuel depot, a workshop producing unmanned aerial vehicles and a storage site for Russian equipment in temporarily occupied territory.
Background: It was reported overnight that a missile production plant in Russia's Udmurt Republic, which manufactures Iskander and Oreshnik missile systems, has come under attack.
