Russian forces attacked energy infrastructure facilities in Odesa Oblast on the night of 21-22 February.

No casualties have been reported and no further details about the locations of the strikes have been disclosed.

Background: As a result of a morning Shahed drone attack on 22 February, energy infrastructure was also damaged in Mykolaiv.
