Emergency power outages introduced in Kharkiv Oblast due to Russian attacks

Emergency electricity outage schedules have been applied in Kharkiv and Kharkiv Oblast to stabilise the situation in the power grid.

The company notes that the situation is extremely difficult due to the Russian strikes on the energy infrastructure in various parts of the country.
