The Russians carried out an airstrike on the village of Novoosynove in the Kupiansk district, Kharkiv Oblast, on 20 February, killing two people and injuring three, including children.

Quote: "Investigators have reported that on 20 February, the Russian Armed Forces carried out an airstrike on the village of Novoosynove in the Kupiansk district. Residential buildings were damaged.

A man, 30, and a woman, 59, were killed.

A 13-year-old girl and a 33-year-old woman sustained injuries."

Details: A seven-year-old girl was also diagnosed with an acute stress reaction.

A pre-trial investigation has been launched into a war crime resulting in civilian deaths (Article 438.2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) under the procedural supervision of the Kupiansk District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv Oblast.
