Details: A spokesperson for UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer said Russia's claims about a nuclear or dirty bomb are untrue and that Moscow is trying to turn attention away from its crimes.

More details: Meanwhile, Heorhii Tykhyi, a spokesperson for Ukraine's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, called Russia's "wonder weapon" claims "absurd" in a comment to Reuters.
Quote: "Russian officials, known for their impressive record of lies, are once again trying to fabricate the old 'dirty bomb' nonsense."
