Zelenskyy imposes sanctions on Russian postal services operating in occupied territories

Details: The sanctions list includes private Russian companies that deliver goods to Russian forces and the other way around.
The package also covers companies operating in the temporarily occupied territories using the seized infrastructure of Ukrposhta, Ukraine's state postal service. As the President's Office reported, these entities are involved in issuing Russian passports and distributing draft notices.
The sanctions also target postal operators that have created channels for so-called parallel imports of dual-use goods in circumvention of existing restrictions.
Background: A week earlier, Zelenskyy signed decrees enacting further NSDC decisions introducing new sanctions packages, including measures against 225 captains of vessels in Moscow's shadow fleet that export Russian oil products.
