Quote: "The audit of [battlefield] losses. We launch an analysis of every loss on the battlefield. The audit would help identify key problems and enable management decisions to address them systematically. Human capital is the highest value. We will fight for the life of every warrior."
Details: Fedorov added that the Ministry of Defence is introducing a baseline minimum for supplying brigades with drones, with guaranteed monthly deliveries of FPV drones, reconnaissance drones, bomber drones and other UAVs on top of state supplies, eScore ranking and other procurements.
Quote: "This will allow brigades to plan their defence and be confident in their resources. We are also working on centralised provision of Starlinks and pick-ups for the forces."
More details: Fedorov also said the ministry will soon move from manually compiling requirements to an automated model.
Quote: "Based on high-quality data from the front, we will shape real demand without a bunch of ineffective solutions. Our goal is for troops to receive the best solutions rather than having to refine them by hand in the trenches."
Background: In early February, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that 55,000 Ukrainian soldiers had been officially confirmed killed in action since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, while many others are still listed as missing.
