Russian forces conducted drone strikes on the city of Sumy late on the evening of 6 March, hitting a house and a non-residential building.

Details: Kobzar reported that a Russian drone had struck the roof of a non-residential building in the Kovpakivskyi district of Sumy at around 22:15. Early reports indicated that the Russians had used a Molniya drone.

Windows in the building were shattered and the roof was damaged. No casualties were reported.

Another Russian strike occurred at around 23:00. Kryvosheienko said a Russian UAV had hit a residential building. Early reports indicated that no people had been injured in the attack.

Background: Sumy remained under Russian drone attacks throughout 6 March. Russian forces struck a petrol station in the city earlier that morning, injuring two people.
