Russian forces have conducted a missile strike on the city of Novodnistrovsk in Chernivtsi Oblast, causing a power outage and a fire at the scene.

Details: Suspilne journalists reported that three explosions had been heard outside the city at around 03:00. Power outages were recorded in Novodnistrovsk after that. A fire broke out at the scene.
