Russians hit Zaporizhzhia: one person killed and others injured, woman and child pulled from under rubble – photos, video

One person has been killed and two others have sustained injuries in a Russian strike on a residential building in Zaporizhzhia. A woman and a child have been rescued from under the rubble of the building.

Quote: "A woman was killed in an enemy attack on Zaporizhzhia. Two more women sustained injuries… Early information indicates that a 16-year-old girl is trapped under rubble. A search and rescue operation is ongoing."
Update: Fedorov later added that emergency workers had recovered a woman and a girl who had been trapped under rubble. They are receiving medical assistance.
The number of injured has risen to three.
"According to updated information, a 15-year-old girl and a woman with a disability were under rubble. All those injured are now under doctors' supervision," Fedorov reported.
The attack took place in the morning, and the Russians struck a residential area of the city.
Fedorov also noted that windows were shattered in houses and facades and roofs were damaged in the quarter that came under Russian fire.
