Ukraine's Special Operations Forces strike Russian missile command post in Crimea – video

Middle-strike units from Ukraine's Special Operations Forces (SOF) hit Russian military targets in occupied Crimea and in Zaporizhzhia Oblast on the night of 16-17 March, with special forces sharing footage of the operation.

Details: In Verkhniokurhanne, a command post for missile systems and a mobile Russian fire group were struck. In Shkilne, an SOF drone hit a concealed component of an S-400 air defence system.

In the settlement of Terpinnia in Zaporizhzhia Oblast, a munitions depot belonging to Russia's 58th Combined Arms Army was struck.

Quote: "Middle-strike operations are carried out against enemy targets in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine.

The systematic destruction of the enemy's layered air defence system significantly reduces its ability to control the airspace and protect its forces. The SOF continue asymmetric actions aimed at strategically weakening the enemy in its war against Ukraine."
