Russian forces conducted a large-scale strike using guided bombs on the Izium hromada in Kharkiv Oblast on the evening of 20 March, resulting in injuries, power outages and damage to residential buildings. Details: A guided bomb strike was reported near the Verkhnie Selyshche district in Izium.
