Russian forces attack car in Sumy Oblast, injuring 13-year-old boy and his sister

A 13-year-old boy and his 18-year-old sister have been injured in a Russian drone attack on a car in Sumy Oblast on 22 March.

Two passengers were injured – an 18-year-old girl and her 13-year-old brother. They have been taken to a medical facility, where they are receiving the necessary treatment."
