Russians strike port and energy infrastructure in Odesa Oblast, causing damage

Russian forces have struck the Izmail district in Odesa Oblast, hitting port and energy infrastructure in the area.

Quote: "The enemy again attacked the port and energy infrastructure of the Izmail district. Damage has been reported in the city of Izmail and the Vylkove hromada." [A hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories – ed.]

Details: Ukraine's Air Forces reported at around midnight that several groups of Russian drones were approaching southern Odesa Oblast from the Black Sea.

As of now, there is no information on the scale of the damage or any civilian casualties.
