Death toll rises in Odesa after overnight strike
Two people have been killed in a Russian attack on Odesa on 28 March – a man, 34, at the scene and a woman, 35, in hospital.

Details: The local authorities reported that more than 100 Shahed drones were launched against the oblast.
The attack caused damage to civilian, residential and port infrastructure, with the Odesa district suffering the most.
A maternity hospital has been significantly damaged; patients, children and staff were in a shelter.
Another 12 people were injured, including a young child – one person is in a serious condition, six are in a moderate condition, while the rest are in a satisfactory condition and receiving outpatient care.
Clearance of the rubble has been completed.
Background: President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that on the night of 27-28 March, Russian forces carried out a large-scale strike on Odesa, launching more than 60 attack drones.
