Ukrainian Flamingo missiles strike plant in Samara Oblast – General Staff

Ukrainian forces used FP-5 Flamingo missiles to strike the Promsintez plant in the city of Chapayevsk in Russia's Samara Oblast.

Details: The General Staff said the plant produces explosive components used to equip munitions, including bombs and missiles.
The plant produces more than 30,000 tonnes of military-grade explosives a year.
Update: The General Staff later reported other successful strikes.
In particular, the Ukrainian military said they had successfully struck the Yaroslavsky oil refinery in Russia's Yaroslavl Oblast, where a fire broke out as a result of the strike.
In addition, over the past 24 hours, the defence forces of Ukraine struck Russian fuel and lubricant depots, ammunition depots and a repair shop in Donetsk Oblast, as well as a UAV control point and a command and observation post in Kherson Oblast.
A strike was confirmed at a logistics warehouse in Crimea and a fuel and lubricant storage site in Bryansk Oblast.
