Ukraine and Qatar sign defence cooperation agreement for at least 10 years

The chiefs of the General Staff of Ukraine and Qatar have signed an agreement on mutually beneficial defence cooperation for at least 10 years.

Details: The agreement was signed in the Qatari capital, Doha, during a visit by the Ukrainian delegation. Zelenskyy discussed defence cooperation with the Emir of Qatar, Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.
Quote: "Following the meeting, our chiefs of the General Staff signed an agreement, which provides for joint defense industry projects, the establishment of co-production facilities, and technological partnerships between companies."
According to the president, it is important for Ukraine to strengthen its air defence and the country expects corresponding support from its partners.
