Drones again attack Russia's Leningrad Oblast: fire breaks out in Ust-Luga port
Russia's Leningrad Oblast came under another UAV attack on the night of 28-29 March, which caused a fire at the port of Ust-Luga.

Details: An air-raid warning was issued in Leningrad Oblast at around 02:00 Kyiv time.
Drozdenko warned about a possible "reduction in mobile internet speed".
At 04:00 Kyiv time, he claimed that seven UAVs had been destroyed over Leningrad Oblast.
The governor reported on the aftermath of the UAV attack.
Update: Drozdenko later said that 27 drones had supposedly been shot down over Leningrad Oblast.
He added that the port of Ust-Luga had been damaged as a result of the attack.
At around 07:00 Kyiv time, Drozdenko claimed that 31 drones had been downed.
He also added that "firefighters are extinguishing the fire at the port of Ust-Luga".
Background:
- On the night of 26-27 March, Russian Telegram channels reported that Leningrad Oblast had been under UAV attacks for the third consecutive night.
- Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that after Ukrainian strikes on oil refineries in Leningrad Oblast, Russia had about 40% of its capacity remaining.

- On the night of 24-25 March, Leningrad Oblast came under a large-scale UAV attack, which caused a fire at the port of Ust-Luga.
- On the night of 25-26 March, UAVs attacked Leningrad Oblast, where the Kirishi Refinery (Kinef) oil refinery is located.
