Ukrainian Prosecutor General’s Office sends extradition request to Israel for Mindich and Tsukerman

Ukraine's Office of the Prosecutor General has sent a request to Israel for the extradition of Tymur Mindich and Oleksandr Tsukerman, suspects in the Midas case.

Details: Haiovska-Kovbasiuk said that after receiving a request from the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) for the extradition of the two suspects to Ukraine, a number of procedural and technical shortcomings were identified during its review.

In working order, the Prosecutor General's Office, together with NABU, processed and supplemented 24 volumes of materials, and also prepared and translated the text of the request, Haiovska-Kovbasiuk added.

Quote: "After the final removal of shortcomings and errors, the extradition request was sent to the Ministry of Justice of the State of Israel."
