Details: Kellogg criticised NATO and proposed forming alternative alliances. He also suggested that the US could invoke Article 13 of the NATO treaty, which allows a member to withdraw, by giving advance notice and a one-year period for preparation.
Quote: "We're gonna redraw the defensive alignments we have. Maybe create one with Japan and Australia and some of those European nations that are willing to go into the fight, like some new, re-engaged Germany or Poland as well, even Ukraine, which has proven to be a good ally as well."
