Large-scale Russian attack on Kherson: woman killed, others injured, power cuts reported

Part of Kherson's Korabelnyi district has been temporarily left without electricity following a large-scale Russian strike on residential areas.

Details: Shanko said workers from Khersonoblenergo, the oblast's electricity distribution company, are working to restore power supply to consumers, but repeat Russian attacks could delay the effort.
He also reported that a woman sustained fatal injuries as a result of the attack. Two other women aged 41 and 48 suffered concussion, blast injuries, closed head injuries and shrapnel wounds. They were taken to hospital.
The number of people injured in the Russian attack on Kherson's Korabelnyi district later rose to four.
Background:
- On 2 April, the Russians struck critical and social infrastructure in Kherson Oblast, damaging three apartment buildings, 12 houses, a veterinary clinic, a car service station and vehicles.
- As of 06:00 on 3 April, one person was killed and 18 were injured as a result of the Russian attacks, including one child.
