Details: Krasnodar Krai Operational Headquarters said that "drone debris" had fallen on two industrial sites in Novorossiysk. A fire reportedly broke out at one scene but was quickly extinguished.

Kravchenko reported that drone debris had fallen onto a high-rise residential building in the city's Yuzhny district. Information on casualties is being confirmed.

Meanwhile, an Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) analysis by Astra suggested that the Sheskharis transshipment complex had been targeted.

Astra noted that a video posted by a witness had been filmed from the eastern shore of Tsemes Bay.

The Sheskharis terminal is the largest oil loading facility in southern Russia and is part of the structure of Chernomortransneft, a subsidiary of Transneft. The facility handles the reception, storage and export loading of oil and petroleum products onto tankers.
