Ukrainian drones behind strike that caused conflagration at oil terminal at Novorossiysk port

Ukrainska Pravda has learned that drones operated by Special Operations Centre Alpha (part of the Security Service of Ukraine), working together with Ukraine's defence forces, were behind a strike on the Sheskharis oil-loading terminal at the Russian seaport of Novorossiysk in Krasnodar Krai on the night of 5-6 April.

Details: The source told Ukrainska Pravda that six out of seven oil-loading jetties used to transfer oil to and from tankers were damaged in the strike.
Hits were also recorded on the terminal's onshore infrastructure: a key pipeline system unit and an oil metering unit.

Large-scale fires broke out at the impact sites.
The source noted that the terminal is one of the largest oil and petroleum product transshipment facilities in southern Russia.
It supplies fuel to Russian forces fighting against Ukraine.
