Russia attacks Kharkiv Oblast during "ceasefire", injuring two

Two people were injured and a fire broke out in a shop due to a Russian strike on Kharkiv Oblast on the morning of 12 April.

Details: The State Emergency Service reported that Russian forces had struck the village of Zolochiv in the Bohodukhiv district on Orthodox Easter Sunday, in violation of the ceasefire declared by Moscow.

A drone strike caused a fire in a food shop, injuring a man and a woman.

Background: Ukraine's General Staff has reported that as of the morning of 12 April, there had been 2,299 recorded violations of the ceasefire by Russian forces since it came into effect at 16:00 the previous day.
