These results indicate that Progressive Bulgaria, led by Radev, could secure an outright majority in the National Assembly. According to various estimates, the party is set to win 130-131 seats in the 240-seat parliament.

The elections were the eighth parliamentary elections to have taken place in Bulgaria over the last five years.
