Ukraine has completed repairs to the Druzhba oil pipeline, which transports Russian oil to European countries, and it can resume operations.

Details: Zelenskyy said that "as agreed in communication with the European Union", Ukraine has carried out repair work on the section of the Druzhba pipeline that was damaged in a Russian strike. He said the pipeline can now resume operation.
Quote: "Although no one can currently guarantee that Russia will not repeat attacks on the pipeline infrastructure, our specialists have ensured the basic conditions for restoring the operation of the pipeline system and equipment."
More details: Zelenskyy said Ukraine expects the EU's €90 billion loan to be unblocked following these steps.

Background: On 19 April, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán said Ukraine is willing to resume oil supplies through the Druzhba pipeline on 20 April on condition that Budapest unblocks the EU loan of €90 billion.
