One person killed in Russian drone strike on civilian vehicle in Kharkiv Oblast

Russian forces have attacked a civilian vehicle near the village of Cherkaski Tyshky in Kharkiv Oblast, killing one person and injuring another on the morning of 22 April.

Quote: "Investigators have established that on 22 April at approximately 06:10, near the village of Cherkaski Tyshky in the Kharkiv district, Russian forces attacked a civilian vehicle travelling along the road towards the village of Tsyrkuny with a drone (type being established)."

Details: A 66-year-old man was killed as a result of the strike. Another man, 69, was injured and taken to hospital in Kharkiv.

A pre-trial investigation has been opened under the procedural supervision of Derhachi District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv Oblast into a war crime resulting in the death of a person.

Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration reported that over the past 24 hours the city of Kharkiv and 22 settlements in Kharkiv Oblast have come under Russian fire. One person was killed and 20 people were injured as a result of the attacks.
