Quote: "The aggressor used Geran drones. Five explosions. Between strikes, farmers were saving their equipment. Firefighters extinguished the blaze, but it took considerable time due to the threat of further attacks. A storage facility, machinery and fertilisers were destroyed."
Details: According to Chaus, in a border village in the Novhorod-Siverskyi district, houses caught fire after an FPV drone strike. In Semenivka, nearly 3 hectares of dry grass burned.
In addition, Russian drones attacked Koriukivka in the evening. Overnight, a strike hit a children's healthcare facility in the Mena hromada – the facility was not in operation. An outbuilding caught fire, Chaus said. [A hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories – ed.]
"Over the past day, the enemy carried out 37 strikes on Chernihiv Oblast. There were 46 explosions," he added.
Background: Russian forces also carried out a drone strike on an agricultural company in Velyka Babka in Kharkiv Oblast.
