Details: Hvozdiar made the statement at the European Business Summit.
Quote: "No country can produce enough air defence missiles to intercept everything Russia launches. In January alone, there were more than 6,000 missiles and drones."
More details: Hvozdiar said: "Ukrainian manufacturers created interceptor drones with an average cost of up to US$3,000, allowing the defence forces to intercept up to 90% of Russian Shahed-type drones."
She said an interceptor missile costs US$20,000-30,000, while the price of a Shahed is up to US$50,000.
Hvozdiar said Ukraine is also rapidly increasing production of drones and interception systems.
Quote: "Four of the five most effective Ukrainian interceptors – Sting, Merops, P1-Sun and Blyskavka – were created by private companies. Only one project is a joint development by state engineers from Ukraine and the United Kingdom."
