Two people have been killed and 14 injured in Russian overnight strikes on residential buildings in the city of Odesa.

Quote: "There has been a hit on a residential building as a result of the enemy attack on the city. Information is being confirmed."

Details: Ukraine's Air Force and local media outlets reported the movement of Russian attack drones from the Black Sea towards Odesa at around midnight.

Update: Lysak later said that two two-storey buildings and one three-storey residential building and a non-residential facility have been hit.

"Two people received medical treatment at the scene at one location and a woman at another has been taken to hospital. Information on the number of those injured is still being confirmed," he wrote.

Update: The State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported in the morning that a three-storey residential building had been partially destroyed after a drone strike, sparking a fire. Six people have been injured.

Two two-storey buildings were damaged. Rescue workers pulled one person from under the rubble and evacuated 20 residents, including two children. Seven people have been injured.

Two people were killed and one injured at another location. Sixteen residents were evacuated from the building.
