Russia hits Balakliia in Kharkiv Oblast, killing woman and injuring another two people

Russian forces carried out a drone strike on a residential area in the town of Balakliia in Kharkiv Oblast on the morning of 24 April, killing one person and injuring two others.

Quote: "A 60-year-old woman was killed as a result of an enemy strike on Balakliia. A 58-year-old woman and a 46-year-old man sustained blast injuries. The injured have been taken to hospital."

Details: Syniehubov added that a house and several cars caught fire following the UAV strike.

Emergency services, law enforcement and medics are working at the scene.
