One killed and one injured in Russian drone attack on Chuhuiv in Kharkiv Oblast

A person has been killed after Russian forces launched a drone to attack the city of Chuhuiv in Kharkiv Oblast on the morning of 28 April.

Quote: "The enemy has attacked Chuhuiv with a drone. Early reports indicate that one person has been killed and one injured in the attack."

Details: Syniehubov said emergency services are working at the site of the strike. The authorities are investigating all the circumstances.

Previously: Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration reported that three settlements in Kharkiv Oblast had come under Russian attack over the past 24 hours.

Russian forces actively used various types of weaponry in their strikes on Kharkiv Oblast: four guided aerial bombs, one Molniya-type UAV and one first-person view (FPV) drone.

Some civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged or destroyed: a house and two outbuildings were damaged in the village of Odnorobivka in the Bohodukhiv district.

A transit evacuation centre in the settlement of Lozova received 218 people over the past 24 hours. A total of 30,765 people have been registered at the centre since it began operating.

Update: Syniehubov later clarified that a 74-year-old man had been injured in the Russian attack on Chuhuiv. He sustained blast injuries and is in a serious condition. He is currently in hospital receiving all necessary treatment.

A car was damaged in a Russian drone strike. All appropriate services are currently working at the scene.
