Russia loses 1,180 soldiers over past day

Russia has lost 1,180 soldiers killed and wounded, 54 artillery systems and 245 vehicles and fuel tankers over the past day.

Details: The total combat losses of the Russian forces between 24 February 2022 and 29 April 2026 are estimated to be as follows [figures in parentheses represent the latest losses – ed.]:

• approximately 1,328,820 (+1,180) military personnel
• 11,894 (+2) tanks
• 24,486 (+3) armoured combat vehicles
• 40,825 (+54) artillery systems
• 1,755 (+0) multiple-launch rocket systems
• 1,356 (+2) air defence systems
• 435 (+0) fixed-wing aircraft
• 350 (+0) helicopters
• 262,033 (+1,775) operational-tactical UAVs
• 4,579 (+0) cruise missiles
• 33 (+0) ships/boats
• 2 (+0) submarines
• 92,231 (+245) vehicles and fuel tankers
• 4,146 (+5) special vehicles and other equipment.
