Student accommodation damaged and civilians injured in Russian attack on Dnipro – photo, video

Russian forces struck a residential area in the city of Dnipro on 3 May.

Details: The administration said people in the damaged student accommodation were sheltering in the basement.

They are now being evacuated.

Two people were injured. A 24-year-old man was taken to hospital in a moderate condition. A 37-year-old woman received medical assistance at the scene.

Earlier, reports of several explosions in Dnipro have emerged on social media. The explosions happened in quick succession, likely caused by missiles and drones.

Background: A few minutes earlier a Russian Shahed-type drone hit an apartment block in the city of Kryvyi Rih.
