Drone attack in Russia's Leningrad Oblast causes fire near major refinery
Authorities in Russia's Leningrad Oblast have reported a drone attack on the night of 4-5 May, which resulted in a fire in the town of Kirishi, home to one of the country's largest oil refineries.

Details: An air-raid warning was issued in Leningrad Oblast at 01:25 Kyiv time due to the threat of UAVs.
Drozdenko claimed after 03:00 that Russian air defence had destroyed 16 drones over the region.
Temporary restrictions were also introduced at St Petersburg's Pulkovo airport.
Update: Drozdenko reported after the all-clear was given that 18 drones had been downed over the region.
He said a fire had broken out in an industrial area in Kirishi.
The town hosts the Kirishi Refinery (Kinef), the largest oil refinery in the region and one of the largest in Russia. It produces petrol, diesel fuel, kerosene, fuel oil and petrochemical products.
Background: Russian authorities reported that Leningrad Oblast had come under a large-scale drone attack on the night of 2-3 May. A total of 51 UAVs were supposedly shot down over the region.
