Russian leader Vladimir Putin has said he is prepared to meet Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in a third country, but only to sign final agreements on ending the war.

Quote from Putin: "Yes, Mr Zelenskyy is ready for a meeting in person. Yes, I've heard that. But this is not the first time we have heard this. What can be said in this regard? We have never refused, and I personally have never refused [to meet]. I am not proposing this meeting, but if someone does propose it, then go ahead. Let whoever wants to meet come [here]. Let them come to Moscow, and we will meet.
We could also meet in a third country, but only once final agreements have been reached on a peace treaty, which must be designed for a long-term historical perspective – in order to take part in such an event or sign something. That must be the final point."
Details: Meanwhile, TASS reported that Putin claimed that "the Ukrainian conflict is moving towards an end".
