Russian strike on Kyiv: part of residential building collapses, people may be trapped under rubble – photos, video
A residential building in Kyiv's Darnytskyi district has been damaged during a combined Russian missile and drone attack. Parts of the structure have collapsed, leaving people trapped under the rubble.

Quote from Klitschko: "Early reports indicated that structural elements had collapsed in a residential building in the Darnytskyi district. People may be trapped under the rubble. Rescue workers are heading to the scene."
Details: Klitschko later added that a search and rescue operation is underway at the scene.
Update at 05:27: The State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported that 10 people had been rescued from under the rubble. The service also released photographs from the scene.
Tkachenko said in the morning that the facade of another high-rise residential building had been damaged in the Darnytskyi district and cars were on fire near the building.
The State Emergency Service later posted video of the ongoing search and rescue operation.
