Details: Coordination of this area will be carried out by the Armed Forces' Military Law Enforcement Service.
Quote: "This concerns the integration into combat systems of algorithms for recording, preserving and processing digital information from the zones of responsibility of military units for its subsequent use in legal proceedings."
More details: Mamedov notes that data from unmanned systems, aerial reconnaissance, situational awareness platforms and other digital services makes it possible to record information even where investigators have no physical access to the scene.
According to him, within the framework of testing this model by Unmanned Systems Forces units since October 2025, 99 probable war crimes have already been recorded, including the killing of prisoners of war, attacks on civilian facilities, torture and the use of prohibited means and methods of warfare.
